What the Bybit referral code gives you
If you sign up on bybit.eu with the referral code BONUS101, you take part in Bybit EU's referral programme. For accounts opened on or after 16 September 2026, the person who signs up can earn up to 30 USDC in two steps. The amounts below are paid in USDC to your Rewards Hub; they are not cash and not a trading-fee discount.

Rules worth knowing: Rewards go to the Rewards Hub after a 3-day risk review and must be claimed within 30 days. Accounts registered before 16 September 2026 had different terms (€25 in BTC for a €100 top-up). Abusive or dishonest activity cancels the reward for both sides.
"Up to 30 USDC" is the total for completing both tasks. Most new users will realistically get the first 5 USDC: the second task needs $50,000 of spot trading within a month.
Bybit welcome bonus: the catch with referral codes
Bybit EU also runs Welcome Gifts for new accounts. They are worth up to 30 USDC as well, but the terms exclude accounts opened through a referral code or link. Entering a code therefore means giving up the Welcome Gifts.

Rules worth knowing: All tasks must be completed within 15 days of account creation. The same €100 top-up counts for all three tasks; withdrawals reduce it. Qualifying top-ups: One-Click Buy, crypto deposit, Recurring Buy, fiat top-up; internal transfers do not count. Fee-free, cancelled or reversed trades do not count. Rewards appear in the Rewards Hub after a 3-day risk review and must be claimed there.
Which one is better for you?
Both programmes top out at 30 USDC, so the choice depends on how you plan to use the account:

For small and medium activity the Welcome Gifts pay at least as much, and they do not require a code. The referral code makes the biggest difference for very active spot traders, or if the referrer offers you something extra outside Bybit's programme.
Bybit promo code vs referral code
Bybit EU does not ask for a separate promo code at sign-up. The field on the registration form is the referral code. Promotions such as Welcome Gifts are activated through the Rewards Hub or the campaign page, not with a code. Some pages, including older Bybit EU invite pages, still show figures such as "5,010 USDC". Those are maximum task pools from earlier campaigns; the referral programme terms for accounts opened since 16 September 2026 give the new user up to 30 USDC.

EU customers are served by Bybit EU GmbH, authorised in Austria. Its MiCA details and the date we checked the register data are at the end of this page. Bybit EU's promotions are open to residents of the EEA except Malta.
How to use the Bybit referral code
Go to the bybit.eu sign-up form
Make sure you are on bybit.eu, the site run by the EU entity, not on the global Bybit site.
Enter the referral code
Type BONUS101 in the referral code field before you submit the form. It cannot be added to the account later.
Verify your identity
Identity verification is required for the referral rewards.
Complete the first task within 15 days
Top up at least $100 in assets and trade at least $100 on spot. The 5 USDC arrives in the Rewards Hub after a 3-day risk review; claim it there within 30 days.
Troubleshooting
- I forgot the code. A referral relationship cannot be added afterwards. You can still do the Welcome Gifts, which are meant for accounts without a code.
- The reward did not appear. Wait for the 3-day risk review, then check the Rewards Hub. Rewards must be claimed there.
- My top-up did not count. Internal transfers between Bybit EU accounts do not count, and withdrawals during the task period reduce the qualifying amount.
- I live in Malta. Bybit EU's referral and welcome promotions exclude residents of Malta.
What is the Bybit sign-up bonus in the EU?
Up to 30 USDC, either through the referral programme (with a code) or through the Welcome Gifts (without a code). You cannot get both on the same account.
Is there a Bybit promo code for a bigger bonus?
Bybit EU does not use separate promo codes at sign-up. Large "up to" figures you may see are maximum task pools, often from earlier or global campaigns. For accounts opened since 16 September 2026, the referral programme gives the new user up to 30 USDC; any additional campaign shows up in the Rewards Hub.
Is the Bybit bonus withdrawable?
The rewards are paid in USDC to the Rewards Hub and must be claimed. Read the reward's own conditions in the Hub before withdrawing; the bonus is not a fee discount and not cash.
Can existing Bybit users use a referral code?
No. The code must be entered when the account is created.
Does MiCA authorisation mean Bybit is safe?
