Sources first

Facts on this site come from primary sources: the exchange's own terms and help pages for its EU entity, and the official registers of ESMA and national supervisors. Media reports and third-party lists can point us to something worth checking, but they are not cited as evidence of an authorisation or of an offer's terms.

Wording rules

  • We say what a reward is: a fee discount, a voucher, crypto, cash, a fee credit. We do not upgrade one to another.
  • A discount is described with its base: "20% off trading fees" means the fee is reduced by a fifth, not that the fee rate drops by 20 percentage points.
  • We avoid superlatives and time pressure. There are no countdown timers, "last chance" notices or invented scarcity on this site.
  • Claims such as "tested", "verified" or "checked by an expert" are used only when a dated record of that work exists, and tests are labelled separately from source checks.

Independence from affiliate income

Affiliate links do not decide which exchanges are covered or what we write about them. An exchange cannot pay to be listed, to change its position, or to have a condition left out. Offers without an affiliate link can be listed the same way as offers with one.

Updates

Substantive changes, such as a new benefit, a changed condition or an ended offer, are recorded in the change log at the bottom of the page and update the "last substantive update" date. Typo fixes and layout changes do not.

Authorship

Each article names its author and links to the author's profile. The profile contains only information the author has confirmed.
